To email customer statements click Sales and Customers.
Select your customer, then click Send statement.
In the pop up window, set your date range which is located immediately under the To: field.
You can also set other options such as bank details and remittance advice which are located at the bottom of the email window.

I find that despite selecting the date range in the pop up box (after selecting 'send statement') the system does not deliver the date range requested.
Any suggestions ?
