How do you reverse a Credit Note? As in it was applied to the wrong invoice and needs to be reallocated.
. When it opens up the invoice you will see at the bottom there are several buttons on
the bottom left – the one on the right says “Credit Note” - click on this.
I do not have this option, can it be added?
