If you are getting an error message everytime you click on 'Open Scanned' button in SortMyBooks so that you can see the original of your purchase invoices then you need to change your privacy setting in Autoentry.
Log into Autoentry and click on the Company Settings on top left hand side of screen
Scroll all the way down until you get to Preferences. Change the setting from Private to Public.
Go back to SortMyBooks and try the Open Scanned button again.
