Enabling Live Bank Feeds on Bank of Ireland

If you are using BOI Business Online Banking as opposed to BOI Banking 365 then you need to do some work to enable the Live Bank Feeds on SortMyBooks.

First step is to Log in as the administrator, there are at least 2 administrators, you’ll both need to be available and have access to your Keycode apps for this next process.

If you aren’t sure how to do that (and I can never manage it without calling the BOI helpline) then please call the helpline on 01 460 6445. Let them know that you need to login as an administrator and that you need to enable third party access to your accounts. 

Enabling third party access

1. Click User Groups
2. Click create user group
3. Call it TTP
4. In the dropdown select full access
5. Scroll down and I’ll see all the types of access and I’ll see 3 for open banking make sure they are enabled
6. Click Create Group
7. Click on Admin Dashboard
8. Click the Blue Eye symbol
9. Click on the Group dropdown and put myself into my new TTP Group
10. Save it
